All of our beer is brewed onsite at our Accord location in a three barrel system powered by the sun.
Our beer list is always changing as we add brews seasonally, come into either of our tasting rooms to try a pint or get a tasting flight and try them all!
Find us at restaurants and bars throughout the Hudson Valley, contact Jacob here if you want us to be on tap at your restaurant or bar.
HOPS - We have seven varieties of hops grown organically on the farm that will be used in our beer. We source the rest of our hops locally around New York as well as from the Pacific Northwest and European hop regions.
GRAIN - The majority of our grain is sourced from New York State and the surrounding area. We look forward to growing more of our own grains on site!
WATER - The brewing water is from historic limestone caves in Rosendale, NY. This water has a similar composition to the famed water from the Rhine river in Germany renowned for its purity in brewing.
YEAST - The wild yeast strains that we collect around the farm and add to our beers are unique to us and add a distinct time and place to our beers.
We strive to showcase the local terroir in our beer, come out and enjoy a pint!
A few of our beers are available in bottles. Available for purchase by the bottle or case! Bees - Honey Porter Four Green Fields - Copper Ale Rising Smoke - Rauchbier
The bees in our apiary, in addition to being wonderful pollinators, provide us with honey for brewing (check out the Bees - Honey Porter). The apiary is also the site where we have been collecting our yeast cultures - Learn more here!
Barrels once used to age bourbon and wine are now stacked high in our brewery. We are waiting patiently while they impart some of their rich, complex, smokey, robust flavors onto our beers.
THE BREW TEAM

Herbs, fruits, and vegetables are harvested from the farm for use in our beers. We are developing some recipes that showcase the local flavor.
