Free Range Freedom Rangers! Our flock of freedom ranger chickens roam the grounds foraging for bugs. Their nitrogen rich waste makes a great additive to our compost pile!
A herd of over twenty sheep graze with us seasonally. In addition to their peaceful ambiance, they are in charge of weed and pest control.
A countless number of bees are buzzing about the farm pollinating our wildflowers and making honey. The honey is for sale at the brewery and will also be used in some of our beer!
Six different varieties are growing to add aroma and bitterness to our beers. They make a triumphant climb up the 20 foot trellis, peaking in mid-summer, be sure to come check it out.
Oink! Six heritage breed pigs frolic in the shady woods eating all of the spent grain from the brewing process as well as all of the leftover food compost.
Our Danko Rye harvest was a great success, giving us our first supply of Organic Rye and beautiful golden straw. The ten acre grain field will be a rotating grain crop that we will use in brewing.
