Arrowood Farms is born from the idea that great beer is grown from the ground up. Our obsession with craft is inspired by nature. We begin with the soil, cultivating hops and grain that never travel more than an acre from field to tap. Brewing in small batches with the freshest ingredients, we produce sustainable beer that represents local flavor and the community that surrounds us.
We are a true farm-brewery. That means our brewery and tasting room are located right smack dab in the middle of our farm with animals and tractors and everything! Our main crop is hops, of which we grow six different varieties that go directly into our Arrowood Farms beer. When visiting us you can enjoy our beer and food from Graze Farm to Table while wandering the hop yard, admiring our chickens and enjoying the fresh air of the Hudson Valley.
*Well behaved dogs on a leash are welcome on the patio and around the grounds.
*Children and families are welcome! We are a working farm and therefore children should be accompanied by an adult at all times.

All of our beers are brewed on site in our three barrel system, powered by the sun.
From our biggest sheep to our littlest bee, everything here at the farm works together to create a mini ecosystem that supports our beer.
Free Range Freedom Rangers! Our flock of freedom ranger chickens roam the grounds foraging for bugs. Their nitrogen rich waste makes a great additive to our compost pile!
A herd of over twenty sheep graze with us seasonally. In addition to their peaceful ambiance, they are in charge of weed and pest control.
A countless number of bees are buzzing about the farm pollinating our wildflowers and making honey. The honey is for sale at the brewery and will also be used in some of our beer!
Six different varieties are growing to add aroma and bitterness to our beers. They make a triumphant climb up the 20 foot trellis, peaking in mid-summer, be sure to come check it out.
Oink! Six heritage breed pigs frolic in the shady woods eating all of the spent grain from the brewing process as well as all of the leftover food compost.
Our Danko Rye harvest was a great success, giving us our first supply of Organic Rye and beautiful golden straw. The ten acre grain field will be a rotating grain crop that we will use in brewing.
Mark your calendars because we have some fun events planned at the farm.
Come out and join us!
